Sustainable Painting Course (22002VIC) ENVIRO PAINTERâ„¢

The Master Painters Association intends to conduct training on Sustainable

Painting Practises in February 2010. The Sustainable Painting Course is an

accredited course and on satisfactory completion of the training participant will be

issued with an accreditation certificate on Sustainable Painting Practices.

The Duration of the training course is approximately 12 hours which is broken up

into two segments Eight hours in the class room Four hours home study

The course will cover environmentally sustainable painting practises with a focus

on the consumer and industry specific needs

The training course will address the following topics

* Sustainable painting practises

* Workplace safety for painters (OHS).

* Waste and recycling

* Business relationships

# Identifying best practises and resources for the sustainable

painting industry

The course will be

free to members subject to funding becoming available.
